Thank you for your interest in applying for registration with The College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (C.R.P.N.M.). We strongly advise that before you start any action, you check with Citizenship and Immigration Canada to ensure your eligibility. Some expensive efforts can be avoided if you are ineligible for immigration.

In order to seek registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse in Manitoba, a psychiatric nurse must have graduated from a basic psychiatric nursing education program, which meets the C.R.P.N.M. criteria for classroom and clinical hours. The criteria (The Basic Canadian Standard) can be found here. Please use these criteria to assess if you meet the requirements.  By engaging in this assessment you can determine if you wish to continue with the application process.

All eligible applicants will be required to write the CRPNM registration examination. There is a fee for the examination. The applicant must pass the exam in order to register with the CRPNM.
