The Exam Application Process:

    • The CRPNM will send candidates an application package about 6 weeks prior to the exam date.
    • The package will identify an application deadline. On or before that deadline candidates will need to send in the application and the registration exam fee. The CRPNM accepts all forms of payment for the exam fee.
    • The exam package will include a form called Confirmation of Program Completion. This form will confirm that all of the components of the program have been completed successfully. Candidates will sign this form and forward it to the Brandon University. The university will complete the form and send it to the CRPNM before the exam date.
    • A criminal records check (including a vulnerable sector search) and a child abuse registry check are required. It must be current within six months of the application.
    • Once the CRPNM has received the exam application and the fee candidates will be sent an identification form by mail. This form will need to be presented to the exam invigilator for each portion of the exam sitting. The identification form will detail the location of the exam sitting.
    • Examination results will be sent by regular mail within 2-3 weeks following the exam. No marks will be given in person or over the phone. There will be no exceptions.
