Protecting the Public

The College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) exists to protect the public. The CRPNM regulates the psychiatric nursing profession by setting standards for psychiatric nursing education and practice.  The CRPNM ensures that those who practice as Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) are qualified and competent.

The CRPNM supports RPNs to meet the Code of Ethics and Standards of Psychiatric Nursing Practice and takes action when these are not met.

Using the links at left, you can find out how to identify if a person is on the CRPNM's Practising or Graduate register and can get more information about making a complaint about an RPN.
