Draft Gender-Affirming Nursing Care Guidance Document – We Want Your Feedback

Manitoba’s three nursing regulators are seeking your input on a draft practice guidance resource titled Gender-Affirming Nursing Care. The objective of the document is to provide guidance to Manitoba’s nurses related to client-centred care and preserving the dignity of all clients. To review the draft and share your thoughts, please access our survey available at the link below. After reviewing the document, the survey will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. The survey will remain open until February 27, 2026.
