The CRPNM is excited to share that the new Online Self-Service Portal is now live! Below are a few important updates and best practices to keep in mind as we transition to this improved system.
Reset Your Login
The new portal requires all users to reset their logins. Click on “Reset Password” and enter your email address. You will receive a temporary password via email. Use that password to log in, then follow the remaining steps to complete the process.

Security Code
We have introduced a new login feature: email security code. This is an alternative to security questions and is considered best practice for both convenience and security. We encourage everyone to use this method going forward.
Certificate of Practice is No Longer Downloadable
To reduce the risk of fraud and identity theft, downloadable certificates of practice are no longer available. The Public Register or Employer Verification portal is the most reliable and secure source for verifying a member’s status.
New Registration Number Format
Member registration numbers now begin with “00”. This reflects a new data standard designed to streamline records and improve consistency across our systems.
Mobile-Friendly Experience
The portal has been optimized for mobile devices and offers a cleaner, more user-friendly interface. Feel free to explore it on your phone or tablet. We think you will find it is a better experience overall!
