Psychiatric Nursing Education

The Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing (BScPN) is the approved psychiatric nursing education program in Manitoba.  This four (4) year degree program prepares students to meet the entry level competencies of the profession and provides graduates with the foundation to develop further competencies in practice. The program is delivered by the Faculty of Health Studies at the Brandon University at sites in Brandon and in Winnipeg.

After meeting all the requirements of the BScPN program, graduates are eligible to write the Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Canada Examination (RPNCE).
