Discipline Decisions

The authority to have an Inquiry Committee and a Complaints Investigation Committee monitor, impose conditions, remediate, censure, cancel, suspend, or accept the voluntary surrender of a member is granted under The Regulated Health Professions Act.

The College publishes decisions in accordance with the requirements of The Regulated Health Professions Act (the “Act”) and for the purposes of:

  • Public accountability; and,
  • Deterring and preventing professional misconduct and unacceptable practice by informing and educating members.

The CRPNM’s Online Public Register helps members of the public identify if there are any conditions or restrictions on a registrant’s practice.

Discipline decisions are the findings of the College’s Inquiry Committee. They inform members and the public of the outcome of discipline hearings.
