Enter your e-mail address exactly as it is on file with CRPNM.
Enter the password that you created when you activated your account. Your password is case sensitive.
If you forget your password, click “I have forgotten my password” and follow the instructions.
Answer your security question. If you answer incorrectly, the system will ask you one of the other three questions that you chose. This is also case sensitive.
If you answer your security question incorrectly three times, the system will lock you out and you will need to contact CRPNM to unlock your account.
Keep a record of your security questions and answers. They are encrypted, as is your password. The CRPNM staff can’t see or change your password or your security questions and answers.
